Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: Feb 18, 2026
Tickets booked through Fun Kingdom ticket window can not be cancelled & amount will not be refunded.
The Park will refund any deposit money paid toward any aspect of an individual, group, school or holiday program booking on the following terms:
– If Park is unable to open on your reserved date.
– If Park is unable to host group bookings of your size due to government health restrictions.
– If Park needs to limit capacity and this will mean that your group’s reservation cannot be accommodated.
– If Park rides and attractions need to operate at 50% or less of our normal operations due to government restrictions.
* NOTE: 1. Deposited money will not be refunded in case the reservation cancellation/date change is due to change of mind of guests.
2. In case of Group Booking, it is recommended to make reservation in advance, at least 3 days in prior, to the reservation date giving ample time to monitor current conditions and restrictions.
3. School/ Holiday groups are required to make prior reservation to confirm the booking so that necessary arrangements for the students can be done.
